The Entre2Go Formation Package includes the following:

The Entre2Go proprietary questionnaire to help you and your co-owners make necessary key decisions.

One hour consultation with our business attorneys to strategize the best approach for your entity.

Preparation of Articles of Organization or Incorporation.

Preparation of appropriate minutes and documentation issuing ownership interests or shares to each owner.

Preparation of an operating agreement customized to the way your business operates and designed to reflect actual agreements between owners*

Filing with the Minnesota Secretary of State.

We offer the Entre2Go Formation Package for a flat fee, starting at $1,500. (This fee does not include governmental filing fees, which typically are $155.) *The flat fee includes the first draft of the Operating Agreement and one round of revisions if needed. Ongoing negotiations and revisions are subject to hourly rates.
